    2 bad experiences here.

    First. The worst service I've ever recieved. Upon calling to make the team aware of the poor service, the service only got worse. Seems the fish does indeed rot from the head down.

    Secondly. Whats with the trading hours? Pacific Fair is open late but MYER is closed.

    I won't be back.

    Well I thought Hyperdome Myer customer service sucked. Seems it may be the norm for Myer after visiting Pac fair. Wonder how many more managers and staff will shake their heads wondering why they aren't bringing in the $$.
